behaviors that adults wish to target for change in either their
personal children or the students that they teach.
The information
is based in behavioral theory; however, you will not find all the
educational jargon and quotations on this site. This site is written
for teachers and parents who are in a hurry, want some help, and
have a few minutes to read some ideas.
You will
find books, PowerPoints, Forms, and Tools. Click the tabs across
the top or use the menu section for specific topics.

The starting point for this website was the "Caught You Red
Handed" exhibiting excellent behavior cards. So many parents
and teachers seem to be exasperated with behavior. Our goal is to
shed light on some techniques that have worked for us. We want you
to get up in the morning and say, "I can't wait for the kids
to try a new behavior today...because I'm ready for them."
Our motto is work smarter-not harder; which means we love to share.
If you have a good idea you've used that you would like to share
please send it. We will credit you as the author.
If you are in charge of staff development and find the tools (PowerPoints
and Books) helpful to your training, please feel free to use them.
All we ask is that you give credit to the original authors and the
materials are not to be sold. Please email us and tell us what you
thought of the materials.
