Certificates

Congratulations if your child came home with a "Caught Being Good" card or certificate.

Research indicates that we can improve behavior by 80% just by pointing out what one person is doing correctly.

Children actually comply with the rules 80% of the time, yet they are complimented for their appropriate behavior less than 2% of the time.
