Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports for Administrators

The administrator is a key player in any school's implementation of PBIS. I will not train a school in any level of PBIS if the administrator is not present for the entire training. Too many schools in the past have lacked the leadership because the administrator did not attend the entire training or spent too much time being called out for phone calls. This led to a less than successful implementation of PBIS.
