Vibrating watch to remind students to pay attention: Link to many different watches- click here

Air filled disks to be used as seat cushions for proprioceptive sensory input:

Wal-Mart You can save shipping and have them sent to the store and pick them up.

K-Mart Core Disk- More expensive but an option for those that don't have Wal-Mart

IsokineticsIncShipping is pricey on this if you are ordering just one.

School Specialty I haven't found too many children who like the wedge - so scroll down to the flat cushion.

Fun Fiddles

Edamame PeasThe Edamame Peas- http://www.squidoo.com/100-cool-stress-toys

I pass these out during trainings and adults don't want to give them back- they are so much fun to use while listening to a speaker. They do not interfere with listening and research actually indicates "fiddling with a tool" increases retention. Here's an article about not asking kids to stop fidgeting- http://www.physorg.com/news162554898.html

Watches- These watches can be set for reminders to pay attention- especially helpful for students with ADHD- http://watchminder.com/

This vibralite watch automatically resets to whatever time frame you set- If you set it for 13 minutes it will automatically reset itself every 13 minutes. http://bedwettingstore.com/vibralite-3-vibrating-watch.html?gclid=CNel7ff-3a8CFUOo4AodKFQHWg#GVLB-NavyBlueVelcro (Although the website says for bedwetting- it's great for any behavior you want to set up)
